For whom

The course provides the knowledge and skills to apply the modern management methodology of Business Process Management to reorganize the internal activities of organizations based on a set of processes carried out in their functional units. The course also provides an overview of the Business Process Management Common Body of Knowledge, a library of best practices created by the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP). The course examines the practice of implementing a process approach to business process management on the example of Ukrainian and foreign companies. Students receive a powerful tool for creating conditions for continuous improvement of business processes in organizations.
